About Us

John Subers
John Subers

John is Administrative Director of Florida Hospital Flagler's Foundation, Marketing and Public Relations departments. He works very closely with the community keeping them abreast of the ongoing growth, services and needs of the hospital.

Prior to joining Florida Hospital Flagler, John spent nearly 24 years in the professional golf business where he served as the Tournament Director for LPGA, Champions Tour and PGA TOUR events. His most recent events were held in Palm Coast and he was the tournament director of both the Ginn Championship and the Ginn Sur Mer Classic.

His relationship with Florida Hospital Flagler had its start through these events since the Hospital was not only a sponsor but also the main beneficiary. The opportunity for John to join Florida Hospital Flagler opened up in June of 2009 when a new Foundation was being established.

John is married to Margaret and they have 3 sons - Tucker, Carter and Fletcher. They all reside in Palm Coast, Florida. John and his family are active in their local church. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Flagler County and serves on the boards of several Flagler County organizations.
